At Extreme Outdoor Kit Our Returns Policy is Simple- If You’re Not 100% happy, Neither Are We!

Extreme Outdoor Kit provides up to a 100% Refund Guarantee if in the event that your entire shipment arrives broken or damaged, or your product does not match the key features described in our store.

In all these cases, the final amount refunded to you will be determined by Extreme Outdoor Kit on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for the product’s international return shipping cost.

Return

For refunds and returns requests you are allowed up to 4 days from the date you received the item to initiate this process.

Defective or damaged goods

When you find the goods you received have the above issue, please take pictures of the goods and the outer package, and send the photos and related information to the customer service email: refunds@extremeoutdoorkit.com.

Upon receipt, we will evaluate your request and respond to you.

Return Process

Step One: If you need to return goods for quality issues, please send an email to Customer Service refunds@extremeoutdoorkit.com

Step Two: After Customer Service receives your application, we will process your application and communicate with you on how to proceed with your return.

Step Three:  Once you agree with the return procedure, please send the related items (goods + original packaging + a copy of Extreme Outdoor Kit email which informed you the return audit results) back to Extreme Outdoor Kit as soon as possible.
